
Oh, this dreary rain! I've been wanting to show you bigger swatches of my strike-offs for days. Finally, I broke down and took some pics yesterday. Let me tell you, color balancing was a b***h. But it's done, and I have no interest in replaying the photo shoot scene today, when the sun is supposedly going to poke his sleepy head out thru the gray (I'll believe it when I see it).

So, here's some bigger, not perfectly colored, and not the full selection of Shade Garden, but I hope you will get a better sense of the collection.
I tossed around the idea of going to Pittsburgh for the May Quilt Market, but in the end, the timing was off and I'm going to have to pass. If you are going, pop by the Henry Glass booth (1927,29,31) and check out Shade Garden!

I love those maple whirligigs in both colorways. And as for the sun, well it was in South Jersey for less then 5 minutes.

Very Nice! My favorite tone is the Blue Bell and my favorite pattern is the striped one that has a scribble curvy line on it, so cute!
